Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is requested by the customer:

  • With 72 hours or more notice, the amount paid will be refunded or the reservation will be rescheduled to another date according to availability.
  • With 72 to 24 hours notice, the reservation will not be refunded, but may be rescheduled to another date depending on availability.
  • If less than 24 hours notice is given, the reservation will be considered cancelled, with no possibility of reimbursement or change of date.

No refunds will be given:

  • if the client does not show up at the scheduled start time of the activity.
  • if, once the activity has started, the client decides to return to port without completing the planned time or route.
  • if the company proceeds to the cancellation due to the participant showing clear symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • if the company proceeds to the cancellation because the participant does not follow the instructions for the proper use of the jet skis, or it is considered that it may endanger their safety or the safety of the rest of the group.

The company reserves the right to cancel the activity if it considers that weather conditions or any other exceptional circumstance may jeopardize the safety of any participant, giving the right to a full refund of the amount paid as a reservation or a change of date depending on availability.
